We are applying grouting, guniting,   structural strengthening & plastering system are for protection of Weather & for strengthening. Actually it will not give strength, bonding, & protection even up to 2 years. The reason is that conventional materials, improper workmanship, honey combing, corrosion, structural movement ,soil settling , concrete placement, Environment attack, heavy rain, expansion & contraction due to Weather etc.

Polymer grouting are improve compressive and bonding strength .But this composite material are improve flexural & shear strength .And give also Weather protection properties with long life.

These materials have extremely strong, with high ultimate strain. These are chemically inert and corrosion resistant, light weight and that facilitates easy implementation at site with less supporting structures. In Epoxy grouting we are expending average Rs.950/-Sq.mt. In bridge/beam column etc. We found many where it is gives only one year life. Every year we have to maintain /repair that structure. i.e. after ten year we are expending Rs.9500/-Sq.mt..instead of that one time we are expending Rs.1700 to Rs.3000 per Smt. and this will remain unaffected  up to Ten years.(1) in Railway (2) Even during earthquake of  Kutch  Gujarat 2001 many where we found unaffected structure that treated by non conventional composite materials.
